The general staff at the news agency a good and friendly. But I believe it is the older male owner that I have had the problem with. I went to use the Heritage bank and other services there, and I found him to be rude and unfriendly. He made me wait for a good 15 minutes to serve me at the bank area and was unhelpful on a few occasions. Will not be returning there.

Went into agency and picked up a mirrored jewellery box that was priced at $70 took it to counter and the (gentleman) said it was priced wrong and should be $120. I explained that I had worked in retail and he had to honour the price. He reluctantly took my $70 and asked me if I had shopping to do while he boxed it for me. When I went back to pick it up he gave me my money and told me if I wanted the item I had to pay $120.while I was away he had re ticketed it at $120 .I was so angry I didn't take the item but want people to know how dishonest this man is.
