we had an issue with a new pool vacumn. The Jim’s/ poolwex had minimum fees (one of them you had to pay up front?..). when i tried explaining the issue they stated i will have to let you know when we come . Jims at Belmont nsw even gave me poor advice when i visited their shop. Greg came same day, on time and fixed the issue and the price was fair. Greg is an old school gentleman who gave great service at a great price. Forget the franchise newbies, this is the way to go
