I left my phone to be checked to find out why it is only switching on when it is plugged in to a charger. I was called 3 days later to pick my phone and was told that it would cost me 150 dollars to repair the damage. When I picked up the phone I paid 20 dollars and they did not give me a technical report or a receipt. I went home and now the phone is fully unable to work, not even when it is plugged in to a charger. So I went to the shop again to ask why this was happening and they clearly stated that they do not take responsibility for what happens to the phone. I went to ask for a technical report and they asked me 50 dollars to provide it, when I had already paid for it beforehand.
The result of trusting this shop with my phone was:
1. Partially working prior and it did not work at all after I collected it
2. The shop did not take responsibility for damaging my phone
3. I am 20 dollars under
When I was at the shop trying to deal with him and was checking other phones to replace mine, the retailer did not even try to be nice to compensate for the damage he had caused but went on and gave me the worst customer service by serving other people while I was seeking advice on another phone. I ended up just walking out of the shop utterly disappointed that people like these exist and are let by the government to exploit good citizens like us. It is good to know that while waiting for the retailer to serve other customers and continue helping me, a man walked in with an iPad and a woman was accompanying the man and talking to the retailer to sell him the tablet. She spoke to him like it was not the first time they had made a transaction and the retailer offered him 50 dollars for the iPad. The man wanted 150 dollars and the retailer refused. This happening shows me that this shop buys anything that comes in, it may have possibly been a stolen device, and then sell it to customers like us. Horrible customer service.

I handed them a working phone with a slightly cracked screen for repair. When they gave me the phone back the screen was fixed but the top button no longer worked. I had Ben using the phone right up till when I went to get it fixed so I know it was working but the guy insisted they were not at fault and it hasn't been working so now I am worse off than before after paying $50 for the cosmetic damage to be fixed... Not happy!

Pathetic as usual. Always ask for more time. it was iphone 4s charging issue and i have explained the change of port will not work, since given me a $140 quote, to replace the chips in motherboard. I had to wait for a week, then ask for more time, every time i call the store. Finally when i went there to pick it up, said they fixed it and ask me for $140, but they never did anything on motherboard hence the phone wasn't charging. I had argue 30-45 mins that it is not working and would not pay, because it is not finished. Finally, he said to me it will cost more and need more time to fix it, the exact same thing i have asked them to do when i ask them to repair. Real cheater

Pathetic service. I came to get my Xperia Z' charger socket replaced. First they said two weeks it would be done, then they said another three weeks because they only JUST had put ordered the part in. So I just went with it and waited the 3 weeks. After three weeks I had went to the shop to collect my phone. They then said another 4 days, after 5 days I had returned and they said that the screen wouldnt turn on. Confused, they tried to pin it on me saying that the screen was alright cracked. I argued that it was not cracked, but it was my glass screen protector was cracked (which was true). Upon recirving thr phone, the socket had been replaced but the phone would not turn on. The screen turned on but wouldnt work. We argued that it must've been their fault because they had fondled with the inside of the phone while replacing the socket. They denied that it was their phone and would not take responsibility on my $500 phone. On top of that he was being super rude and did not even stop to have a proper conversation with us. We did not pay them and left in anger. He did not make is pay him for the socket because he knows that he had broken the phone. We can't even do anything about it. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP.
