Optus Customer Relations has credited the $202 to my account after over two weeks, after I reported this to TIO, missing payment is still undergoing investigation. Once again, don't trust the store with your money.

Worst customer service, made $352 cash payment to my Optus bill in store, only $150 got credited into my account, asked to speak to the manager, Ross who claim he is the store manager is hopeless, didn't want to admit the mistake, so rude, didn't even have a business card when ask for it.
