      1st time great 2nd time really disappointed

      1st appt great, very happy but that hairdresser left. On my 2nd appt I got someone else who didnt wash my hair or ask if I wanted it washed. She did a quick cut and straightened it which I didnt realise at the time burnt it due to product and hairspray I had used over the preceding few days. I left it looked ok, didnt realise the damage until later. I wont go back.
