Quote provided despite a home visit was grossly inaccurate. The time estimated was out by over 100%. Movers were very slow. The extortionate hourly rate did not represent value for money. Manager could not care less about our concerns or complaint. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We used Grace for the second time to move interstate and we are absolutely happy with our choice. Though they were minor damages on a few items and a couple of items missing, we are generally satisfied with Grace professionalism.

This was our 3rd time using Grace. We’ve done a heavy moving from NSW to QLD and QLD to WA. We stored an awfully large couch with you guys for 1,5 years in Perth and finally got it delivered to a house which we could bring it in (fit to get in).

I was little worried about the condition of the packaging concidering it got a lot of beating on the last try. But it was all good. Boys who delivered were fantastic and great attitude-nothing seemed to big of a hassle :)

Also office girls, super fast communication and organisation!!!

From the first phone call through organisation, packing, pickup, storage and delivery, everyone was professional, friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Grace to anyone.

Grace removals were very helpful to us. We are an elderly couple who have had goods stored with Grace for many years , from overseas, as we did not have a big enough house tout our goods in. We now have house but my husband has been extremely ill and I could not move the goods myself. Grace has helped me to sort our goods out and deliver them, a small amount at a time so that I could put them directly in the appropriate rooms. Many thanks .
