Tried to book a trip on country link. They wanted $25 just to make a phone call to confirm my concession card. They didn't like me questioning this charge by them as the girl I spoke to laughed with a smirk on her face. As I walked out I could hear laughing. Apparently you have to spend a lot of money on this mob for them to treat you like a person. If they don't want to deal with people who utilise concession services. Don't sign up with businesses who do.

Never Again

Once again I am thrilled with the level of service I get from this agency.
My daughter and I did a Carnival Cruise
around New Zealand and cannot speak highly enough not only about Carnival but also Lindsay a consultant at Itravel . Nothing was too much trouble even though I had so many questions. I am now looking at a Christmas cruise and know that I can rely on the girls to steer me to the right cruise. Thanks again ladies.

I am a very experienced traveller with many contacts in the tourism industry, and my qualified opinion is this place could not rate lower.
They have given hertz a bad name that is not representative of that reputable company.
You can do far better for travel advice using Google
Thank goodness for the Internet so you can avoid the trauma of dealing with these people.
