I was moving from Taree, NSW to Broken Hill NSW. They gave me a quote for a move to Baulkham Hills. Calling like 5 removalists, this was the only one that heard me wrongly. I know I have an accent but still. When I received the quote it stated Baulkham hills in a very small writing but all my conversations were about Broken Hill. When I accepted the quote, I clearly wrote the address in Broken Hill and sent it back but no one came back and said this is different from the quote we gave you. Of course their quote was $2000 cheaper than anyone else. I discovered the problem after they picked the furniture when they sent me a payment receipt. Of course when I called them they needed more money to deliver to Broken Hill. They nearly matched the lowest quote I got and delivered on time. Dining table 4 legs were scratched. Lounge had a few stains. Fridge was dented and Washing machine was broken and luckily was covered under warranty.

Mark and his team did an awesome job of moving us today. All introduced themselves, took great care with our belongings, were quick and truly made our day moving SO much easier. Friendly, happy, we couldn't have hoped for more. Thank you!!

Highly recommend!! We had organised another removalist company to move our house and when they turned up, the owner tried to charge us another $2k. He also was negative and unco-operative. Needless to say we turned them away. I then contacted Jacks moving service, who came out the following day to quote and moved us a couple of days later for the original price we where quoted by the other company. Hassle free, such a great attitude from the moment I called, right through to the delivery of furniture. The guys worked really, really hard and I would use them again in a heart beat!

Excellent job, relaxed hard working guys. Difficult access to one property managed really well. Pleased with professionalism and price. Would use again for sure.
