Col Pulham Carpet Laying

I’ve never come across such rude people (espeically one woman in particular). They get very aggressive, very quickly. I’d never recommend them to anyone. Paid a certain amount to have a portion of my house carpeted, didn’t have enough (not their fault as they were only laying it) but paid the whole amount anyway. Purchased the rest of the carpet through them and the price WENT UP. Not only were we paying more than double for the travel the second time round because they thought doing a cheaper courtesy the first time then more than doubling it the next round was a smart idea. Then we had to paid extra for them to lay the rest of the carpet we ALREADY PAID THEM TO DO. When asked to even take $100 off, was very sternly told no.

However, the carpet layers were polite and had no issues with them.
