OPTUS Fountain Gate, have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, every phone call I have had a few they say they will solve my problem they LIE and say it has been done, not once was it done, I went into the store the Manager told me it will be a 45.min wait for him to change my email details, which I was told over the phone had already been done, I also received a msg saying a credited bill had been refunded into my account, just another one of there many Lie's. Stay away from Optus, there not worthy of half a star.
