As the office manager, I am thrilled that the cleanliness of our office is never a concern. We have complete confidence in their confidentiality as well.

Really wonderful end of lease cleaning service, carpet steam clean included for a very reasonable price. Would DEFINATELY use the service again and the cleaners sent out were on time and did a very thorough job.

They are LIARS - if we could give negative stars we would. They quoted and CONFIRMED in writing full house clean plus carpet steaming. When they arrived, we paid in cash $370 upfront - it's about trust right? WRONG! They did a simple clean and NO CARPET STEAMING. We had to call the police! And they still didn't do the work or provide a refund. We will have to chase it up on Monday with Consumer Affairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they are liars as their business is based on a SCAM

Avoid this cleaner at all costs. Hands down worst customer experience I've ever had. Failed to complete clean, unprofessional and rude during follow up. I spent 3 hours cleaning after they left to get house up to basic standard. Later got a series of weirdly abusive text messages from manager, despite him acknowledging they'd done a bad job. 1 star because I couldn't gove none.

Privilege cleaners were unprofessional, and did a TERRIBLE job of cleaning our apartment, especially in cleaning the carpets. Then they were really unhelpful when asked to come back and re-do it. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. EVER.
It was a total waste of money and time.
I only gave them one star because theres no option for 0 stars.
