Brakes Plus Frankston

I took my car in to get new pads put on the front. they were not really happy that this is all I wanted and i did not let them try and upsell me on other stuff... anyway they took payment, and went to work on the car, Later that day i went to pick my car up (it was after hours) and drove off and there was a knock on my steering, I got out and checked and found 1 wheel nut missing on my wheel, so i checked the others and found that only my lock nut was done up and the rest were just sitting in there.
I posted it on their facebook page asking them to call as they dont have a after hours number,
Tuesday I took the car back to them after a phone call, and they were not very happy that i made this public.... they checked the job and sent me on my way.....
There has been nothing from their head office so i am making it my mission to alert everyone to make sure they check the work if you use this company. as i could have killed someone or myself should i had made it to the free-way and the wheel came off.
