Frankston Body Piercing & Thunder Down the Peninsula

Took my son in to Frankston Body Piercing today. I would not recommend this place. Customer service was terrible! The guy at the counter looked high off his face. I thought we'll give him the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe someone else was in the store who might be able to help.

Instead of making eye contact with me while I'm talking to him he's staring at me and my family as if we shouldn't be in there whilst looking at my chest. I asked him how much an ear piercing would cost.. He sez $15, i then asked if he had different styled studs available.. He basically had no clue what he was talking about.. Talking to us in slow motion, we couldn't get out of there fast enough!!! Glad we went else where..

Got my tongue pierced here last Tuesday with my friend.
During the piercing process we didn't have to clean our mouths to get rid of the bacteria and we didn't have our tongues dried before getting it pierced as was told by a friend who has hers done that we should have.
My piercing was on at least a 65-70 angle and didn't feel right at all and was effecting my speech. I had a white lumpy bit that went from white to brown to black to red which i was told by them that it was just swelling when it clearly was not and i had another piercing shop tell me it wasn't and the piercing wasn't right at all.
I went back with a friend and kindly asked for a refund and just got laughed at. Everytime we spoke we got rudely interrupted even when we asked if he could let us speak and finish he said sure, looked away and then interrupted us again.
I've been refused a refund on my piercing even though legally i have to be refunded seeing its not what i asked for. I've been in pain and haven't even been able to drink or eat because it hits the top ball on the left of my mouth or the bottom ball on the right making it impossible not to feel horrible pain. I ended uo taking the piercing out this morning and i have been able to talk fine and eat and drink without pain.

I will not be going back there as i had horrible service, the piercing procedure wasn't done right, the outcome was not right at all and when i went back i got laughed at in my face.
