Frankston Justice Service Centre

Due to a unique set of circumstances I was unable to use a certificate that I had but wasn’t able to prove my identity to purchase another certificate online. The female staff member that helped me ( Karen) was understanding and grasped the situation right away. She facilitated me completing an online application for the required certificate and helped by assisting me with a statutory declaration to enable the online process to be completed. She then called Births, Deaths and Marriages to make sure everything was as it should be so nothing would hold up the application. Karen went above and beyond to help me achieve what I needed to get done. She was patient as I navigated the online application and was genuinely caring in assisting me with my matter. I can’t thank her her enough for her help today. She was brilliant. Thank you
