I should have read all of these reviews before spending my money in this restaurant.
Cannot believe the owner?Harry? how he has just spoken to me. I ordered through UBER and they are hopeless here in Seaford. I go down to pick up my order and the lady gives me my order. Get home one item missing. Call the restaurant, Harry picks up the phone. With no apology, asks if I can go back to back it up. I said not really it's raining and cold. I then asked for a refund Harry says I can't do that. I say well I'll have to come back then. As I was hanging up I hear him saying something but I disregarded this. I get there and ask for my missing item. The lady sincerely apologises. But HARRY comes near me saying "oh, so you can come in?' I asked him to clarify. He claims I said to him on the phone I would never eat there again and something else - A complete lie. I told him I'm not sure what planet you live on because that was a complete lie that is not what was said. After some more arguing I told him I was going to give him a terrible review. He said don't bother because he would be on the receiving end of it. I told him to wait for my Google review then he threatened me with a misinterpreted comment regarding the law and that he knew my mobile number and my address. I told him this was my experience and I am entitled to this review. If I had said to him I'm never going to go there or eat there again? What was I doing back in the restaurant, picking up my missing item?? I think Harry underestimated the person he was speaking to. Who doesn't misinterpret consumer law and understands those aspects very well. Harry needs to keep a check on his interpretation of events when he embellishes stories and conversations to his poor staff and in his head.
