Pam's Ironing Service

Very unhappy with Pam's ironing. I never write reviews, however handing over a not full basket of basic ironing, then to be told it took '7 hours' had me shocked!! I have been having my ironing done for 16 years, and I know this was so untrue. I confronted Pam & she mentioned she had a simple iron and had fees tax electricity to pay. I replied with, ' that's included in the $15- you cannot stretch out hours to pay for these expenses'! Plus who runs a business with a good pick up & drop off van but has a basic iron!? My daughter was home to collect ironing & Pam was rude. I only (as sorted with Pam) paid $75- as I will never believe my not full basket would take '7 hours' I am not that naive with the ironing business.. On my return home I seen my ironing, it was done nicely,however hung up on a very small black rack I own. I asked my daughter 'where's the rest' she said that's it Mum'
I was gob smacked. Completely lied too. It was such a small basket & I am so annoyed someone would try and do this to a single Mother. 7 hours ??? Never again. This lady stretches out hours to cover her expenses and it's Not on! She's obviously Lost my business and if she was fair and honest she would have had a good set up with me. 16 yrs I have had my ironing done & never have I experienced this. So very disappointing. '7 hours' ???
