Paul Mckenzie Tiling

Paul Mckenzie agreed to tile my laundry on the 18th May, 2022. He sent me a quote I agreed to, and informed me the work would be scheduled for early July of this year. Despite his abrupt and unpleasant manner on the phone, he had over thirty year's experience and assured me the work would be completed on time. Not only wasn't it completed, the work was never started and despite numerous calls and messages to him personally and to his business, he never once replied. Paul Mckenzie is not the messiah of tilers and I have no issue hiring someone else, the problem was he never bothered to let me know in the six weeks I waited, that he was unable to take on the job and instead, assured me that the work would be completed in the time period agreed to. Due to his rude and unprofessional conduct, Paul Mckenzie has wasted ten weeks of my life.

Paul is a friendly, reliable and trustworthy tiler and one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with. His work is of a very high standard and very reasonable rates. Great advice and very respectful of my home. Highly recommended.

I can't rave enough about Paul Mc Kenzie Tiling. The best experience I have ever had with a tradesmen. The job was beautifully done. Paul and his workers were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Paul went above and beyond, even fixing poor workmanship of previous tradesmen just to get the job done. I cannot recommend him more highly.
