Bar far the WORST dealership I have ever come across.
I have had at least 7 brand new cars, and never had to deal with so many people who couldn't give a cr*p about customer service and legal warranties.
They lie about warranties and avoid helping, this has happened to myself, and at least three other people I know.
I had numerous problems with my BRAND NEW car and they wouldn't take blame for any of it.
Capped price servicing, isn't capped price.
When I called VW customer care (numerous times) they gave me different information than what the dealership gave me. So assuming the dealership is just constantly full of it.
Manager actually seemed concerned at one point, and I thought finally I'm getting help, nope, she was just lying once again.
How this dealership is still operating, I will never know.
It's actually a joke. Never ever will I buy a VW again, scared from this disgrace of a dealership. So glad when I finally sold the car!
And every though I have tried NUMEROUS times to get off their marketing list, they still manage to find me somehow!

So i went into the service department last night asked the gentleman if he spoke with
his associate about the free loan car, he advissed that he did say that however
Working it into the price in the morning" meant that he discounted the price of the
oil to compensate for the loan car if i wanted to make the loan car free he would just
adjust the price of the oil so i was stuck paying the $440 dollars. But now he tells
me that he gave me the capped price service price, when the discussion in the morning
did not advise that at all and that he said he doesn't have an acurate price matrix for the VW up! out of capped price service and that he has worked out a figure as close to it as possible. I said that the car was delivered on 10 october 2012 it is 21 october 2014 and they are not going to give me the capped price service! Then backtracked after some pushing from me and advissed that he did give me that price. seriously!?! I explained that i was promissed the capped price servicing and FULL waranty when i purchased the vehicle, he then went onto explain that the service and the sales department do not comunicate and will not be honering what was promissed. well surprise, surprise another area they have failed to meet customer expectations.
