Sweetheart Plumbing Solutions

My wife booked them and I believed they would be genuine and responsible plumbers. But I was wrong. They advised us ETA 10 am and they came at 2 pm. I had to change my plans for the day but still I thought they could fix my leaking tap on the same day. They failed to do so and fixed it on the next day. Not happy with this plumbing company at all.

The plumber arrived late. I had to call and check where he was. He came to investigate my hot water system and promised to send a quote yesterday. Heard nothing, no quote and I was charged a high call out fee for nothing done, Would not recommend them.

Called Sweetheart Plumbing Solutions to fix a leaking toilet bowl. We went ahead with them stupidly. On checking another plumbing company next day as I thought Sweetheart plumbing company have overcharged me. I got the second quote for only $350 where as Sweet heart plumbing quoted me above $500. Will never ever use them.

Nothing but a big lie of a company. I believed their good review in google and left ripped off. Overprice and does not come on time.
