I wish I had read more reviews prior to engaging this so-called tradesman Chris Wack. 12 days after a simple outdoor unit relocation of a beautifully cold air conditioner, we are still without a working air-conditioner. He refuses to fix his shoddy workmanship unless I pay for the new piping that he destroyed while smashing the saddle clamps off with a hammer! Not to mention cracking my ceiling and using a hammer to smash a hole in our eves. He used electrical tape to butt join the air con drain pipes that failed in less than 24 hours. His braising skills are that of a 5 year old and he's not even licensed to do repairs. I wouldn't let this clown change a light bulb !!

Stay well away, wired up aircon unit illegally and had to get western power to come have a look. Had to pay someone else to fix a simple job. Left a hole in our house and damaged walls and chopped the cornice with god knows what. Every excuse under the sun not to come back. This man should no be in business

This company was contracted to do an electrical refit on a commercial 25m vessel, after assuring us they were experienced in marine applications and had the requisite knowledge.
By the time we realised how incredibly ill equipped, inexperienced and totally out of there league with the nature of the job, and terminated them from the work site, there faults and mistakes had cost us nearly $30,000 in damages and costs associated with fixing there unbelievably poor work. They managed to destroy an expensive Japanese saura steering sytem, incorrectly wire up a new genset which blew the electronic card, and totally stuffed up the wiring to to the helm unit, there ad hoc attempt at running a 12 v line from a 24v system melted two new batteries worth over $1800 and resulted in a significant fire risk. Everything had to be redone by competent trades people and at significant added cost to remedy the damage these people did. The owner of the company routinely turned up late or not at all despite assuring us on a scheduled timetable, and left an apprentice struggling to do tasks unsupervised, ( a serious contravention of the Electrical Licensing Act) including trying to wire up 2 spotlights, a normal 2-3 hrs job that took him 5 days and left us with holes in the boat superstructure. I deeply regret engaging these people for this job, and i write this review in the hope it helps someone else avoid going through the same situation we did. We are currently in the process of trying to recoup the damages incurred, but the owner has gone to ground and will not return emails calls or msgs. To be frank, I have never, in 30 years of being in the marine industry seen such a shambolic, disorganised, incompetent and unprofessional and even dangerous approach to a job on a boat. Just as bad, absolutely zero capacity to admit there mistakes and try to rectify things, which extended to them telling me I told them to pull out a perfecty good $30,000 saura steering system, frankly thats truly unbeleivable. While this company may be able to install AC and security cameras, the simpest of all electrcial jobs one would imagine, I absolutely would warn anybody contemplating anything more technical or complex to avoid these people at all costs.
