Shocking experience - broke my door and hinge, my hutch, my bedside table lamps, my son's desk and some precious wedding crystal! Charged me for assembling beds which was never done. Left screws behind for beds and had the audacity to suggest charging me to return to get them even though it was their fault! Staff acknowledged damage at the time and said insurance would cover it - upon contacting the office - I was offered $90 and denial that staff broke anything despite me having taken photos. Was abused verbally and via email. Have lodged a complaint with the Department of Commerce and a claim in the Magistrates Court. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
