Purchased lunch today 1/12/25 at the 6112 Harrisdale franchise and the chicken fillet tasted like it was fried in dirty engine oil. I called the local manager to complain about the dirty oil vat and was sent a refund which I never received.
Disgusting product and QA.

Wrote to Head Office for KFC.
Got the usual automated response and since then, week or more ago...the silence is deafening!
KFC Head Office are obviously not interested 🙄

This has happened on many occasions,
I ask for 3 or 4 drum sticks and I get told they can only give me two. On one occasion I asked for four ( only because that’s the only piece my kids eat and the lady told me okay but I’ll have to give you wings for the other pieces. It’s the only restaurant that tells you what you’re going to eat…. I can’t believe it.
My final straw,
I went to KFC at Bonnyrigg Heights and ordered a large popcorn meal and three drum sticks. I get told they can only give me two and another piece. I said don’t worry just give me the two drum sticks. When I got back to my work site I found that I didn’t have any drum sticks they have me to different parts.
I am, we are all sick and tired of being mislead and told what to eat. I will never go to KFC again.

Every time you do online home delivery the full order does not come. When you complaint nothing is done no I give you money back nothing. They would jump up & down if wages were missing. All workers should be trained properly

Sat night 23rd Sept at 6.45pm.
Easy dinner turned into no dinner. There was no-one in the drive through or inside wanting to order.
I ordered 2 x packs. That's it.... came home & only 1 order. "MANAGER" was not companionate or really didn't get a hoot about my concern & that I didn't live nearby to come back.
Maybe KFC you could train the young managers how to deal with Customer complaints. The manager only offered a credit. But really that is not going to get me dinner tonight.
If there are no customers how can you not get a simple order right & leave out something.
Maybe stop chatting at the back & look after the people paying your wages.
Frustrated & annoyed.
