Horrible attitude and customer service by the owner Maree

There are only good reviews on FB however I want to protect other consumers so I am writing here what was actually happened - All true no false reviews. Horrible attitude and customer service by the owner Maree as per other people's reviews on Google. I pre-paid for 3 x State of Escape bags on order. After 10 days Maree called me to confirm they were unable to purchase those bags from state of escape. Maree refused to give me the refund. She had been very rude to me instead saying I am always changing my mind I have no idea what she was referring to. She must be mixing up with other Asian customers. She told me off it is end of the business NO MORE NO MORE DISCUSSIONS!! - 23 Albert do not do the refund that I was told off. So I purchased other bags to avoid any conflicts to help her out. 2nd time - again I pre-paid for another State of Escape bag -new DUO colour that I was told. Again a few weeks later Maree called me no such design and blame me that it is my misunderstanding and her staff. So I asked her - "please give me a refund as I don't want other bags that I already have POLITELY". AGAIN she refused the refund straight away. I advised her I will talk to NSW Fair Trading as no refund for incorrectly ordered/unavailable items is against consumer law. She said to me "Do not threaten me". Are you kidding Maree you are the one conduction unethical business. She told me no retail shop offers a refund that is not true at all. Obviously she doesn’t have any basic legal knowledge. When I said it is the 2nd time you did refuse the refund for unreasonable reasons such as unavailable/incorrectly ordered products. She told me it is out of her control, blaming State of Escape, other staff and myself. She advised me that I just do not like to be told NO- OMG unbelievable I was told NO to refund that is against the consumer law! Her staff are nice that is why I had been shopping many occasions at 23 Albert. But I will go somewhere else. This owner has no appreciations of customers spending their $$$.but she got a big attitude.

After horrible long arguments, she finally agreed to give me the refund. It’s not a lot of money this time but I don’t like she is being dishonest and accusing someone else.

Please do not reply to my review Maree. If you do I will talk to my Lawyer. You are being unfair, insulting, bullying and deceiving the customer who spent $$$$$$$! She also pretended she is not understating me over the phone due to my accent but most people understand me. She was again blaming for background music at her shop that is not loud at all. She talked over me and hang up the phone a few times while I was explaining as to why she is obligated to issue the refund etc. Horrible experiences since I am not doing anything wrong. She said she doesn't recall any incidents refusing the refund and being rude to me. Remember your business is doing ok as other your staff are very friendly and professional. I came to your shop as I like other girls even though I knew right from the start your customer service is not acceptable! I regret so much I spent a few thousand dollars at your shop the profit is going to the wrong person (you). You do not deserve it!! I have lots of shopping experiences globally. This is the worst ever. You owe sincere apology to me.
