Replaced my laptop screen 4 times as they kept replacing it with faulty screens. On the final repair the Touch ID, right speaker stopped working and the screen had a dead pixel. I got them to fix the speaker and Touch ID but they didn’t have stock for the screen replacement. I then told them I was a refund as I didn’t trust them repairing my laptop. I was offered a full refund but they would put a broken screen on my laptop or a half refund and I keep my screen with the dead pixel ($300). They had my laptop for a total of 3 weeks. Also hard to get in contact with technicians as they work out of gepps cross not the city.

Put my laptop in for due repairs needed on my external HDD and Nick quickly found the issue related and an additional issue with my battery, which if uncared for could have caused greater harm to my laptop and myself had it gone unchecked. Was not aware and he ran me through additional suggestions to keep my HDD and data safe in the future and was an all round great bloke to converse with, if I have any more issues I know the team I want to see for future services thanks to that bloke, cheers.
