      Very disappointing and frustrating

      Poor project management - took much longer than estimated. Unreliable workman - they didn't turn up when they said. Poor workmanship - ordered wrong tiles, used chipped tiles, tiles are uneven, grouting is flaking and falling off, plus much more... Very poor communication - unable to contact them via phone, very rarely responded to emails.

      0/10 would not use again!
