Very disappointing. Paid for premium products (Miele) for my kitchen and laundry. At the first hint of trouble with my dishwasher it was suddenly all my fault - must have damaged it before it was installed, need to get a Miele service tech report. Worst was their insistence that they were not obligated under Australian Consumer Law to assist with the standard Repair, Replace or Refund clause. They tried to worm out of this by claiming they were an "agent" instead of a "retailer" - and thus were exempt.

Same prices can be had from any Miele retailer - some of them wouldn't have the experience that these people do - but will never go there again due to their shocking attitude.
