Some dealerships, when you go for a service, can accidentally damage your car (scratches, dent, door dings etc.) and not tell you and hope you don't notice. Well, this is one of them.

They scratched my car but did not admit to it. They also failed to come up with an appropriate solution. I would recommend taking your car elsewhere for servicing - an independent can do a better job than this dealership for sure. The service department is hidden in the back, the space is extremely tight and it's almost destined that you car will be damaged in one way or another.

Oh, and the dealer car wash...welcome to Swirl City, Australia...they will tear up your paint...
