These guys let me down and cost me money with idle machinery even when delivery was confirmed the day before actual delivery. Matthew knew the delivery was not going to happen at 6.30am but did not ring to tell me. He had the office lady return early from annual leave to ring and inform me at 12.00pm (when the delivery was scheduled to arrive. Mark (the owner) accepts no responsibility and hangs up on you when a asking for assistance regarding the extra cost I had to pay out. Very unAustralian, do not recommend dealing with these guys as they will burn you and not care. Deal with at your peril....
