Cargroomers (SA)

I bought a voucher as a gift. There is not a detailer based in Gawler & other franchises will not operate out of their area. I have phoned the number supplied on the website. It is the number of a Director of Cargroomers. As they could not provide the service he agreed to provide a refund. He then made excuses & said he needed to contact his bank as the refund did not go through. He has since not answered his phone & ignored emails. I have still not received a refund. Extremely poor way to conduct a business. Not recommended!
