Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I dropped dress shirts off in June 2024 for tailoring. The tapering wasn't done until December. Excuse after excuse about being too busy. Promised deadlines missed again and again. Made to feel like a second class customer. The final step of trimming the excess was to be done by January. Again excuse after excuse of missed deadlines. No apologies. Just told to come back next week. Finally in mid-May 2025 I went back one last time, having been promised yet again that they would be ready. Again more excuses. When I pointed out that she had them for six months at this step, she simply turned around, got them from the hanger, handed them to me unfinished without saying a word, and gestured for me to leave the shop. I now have to pay somewhere else to get them finished. Do not recommend. Only selected one star because zero stars was not an option.

Amazing work repairing a tear in a delicate chiffon top. Have been back since for repairs to my son's Nike shorts and taking up of new polyester and spandex pants - all with great results.
