Southern Cross Facilities Services' concrete job is an absolute disgrace. Besides leaving holes in the surface, before waiting for the cement to adequately dry the concreter levelled the surface too soon, which in turn created a chalky surface. The finished product in patches looks similar to the concrete surfaces in other areas of the property that are over thirty years old. Even after emailing the concreter on numerous occasions about rectifying the job no one contacted me. Use Southern Cross Facilities Services at your own peril.
