I'm a frequent traveler with their service and never failed me once. Always on time, comfortable coaches. Affordable price. Friendly pilots, as I always fly in to Melbourne after work and it has to be the last bus to catch to reach Geelong. the coach pilot always ring me or text me to see if I can make it whenever the flight delayed. Really care for it's customers and full of empathy. Highly recommended

I’ve used the service for two different trips in the past fornight. The first was when my flight out of Avalon got canceled and I needed to get my family to Tullamarine on limited notice, but couldn’t leave my car at Tullamarine. The kids were effectively free as the family ticket is the price of two adult fares, which was so cost effective. That day there was an accident on the M1 so the driver went through Bacchus Marsh. We were kept informed and got there the same time as the timetable.



This morning I caught the 3.50am service to Tullamarine. I was greeted in their warm McKillop Street waiting area by a friendly driver. There was a rest room, baggage scales, toys for kids, comfortable couch. It was so impressively set up, I was as comfortable as waiting in my own home, but without the stress of a family member having to drop me at the airport and make their way back to Geelong in peak hour traffic.



If you have ever parked at Melbourne long term parking you will know a few things: it’s still expensive to park, getting a park is HARD, the car parks are sooo small that you are likely to cop a few door marks and you still have to walk to a shuttle bus terminal and wait to be driven to the departures area.



The Gull bus drops you meters from the terminal, is friendly, efficient, and stress free. I love also supporting a local company and good, honest drivers. I’m never parking at the airport again!

I used Gull bus many times and every time all was perfect. Once my flight was delayed for next day and I forgot to contact them but next day they didn't make any proble.I explain them and they change my booking and all good.They need to be example for other business.
