Pakington Diva

I bought a red modal top to take overseas with me from Lorne Diva. The sales lady there is lovely. However the top had a fault and when washed it tore horizontally making it unwearable. I called the Geelong store as the Lorne store was closed. I do not have a receipt but do have the bank card statement. I was not sure exactly how much the top was as I had bought a lot of items. The sales clerk from Geelong basically said bad luck. She said someone could deal with it mid July... When I will be away having the holiday I bought the item for. However the worst part was how rude and unhelpful she was. I previously bought many items from Diva. Never again though.
