This company has been ripped me off with their call out fee ridiculously plus charge for half an hour just having a look at the problem and not fix a thing. So becareful if you are looking for someone to come out to see for a plumbing job.

I am not happy with the service of this company, just comming out to see is $125 and while looking at the job to see what the problem is cost $120. What a rip off and yet was not clearly stated the call out fee by the reception and there was no work done either but still charged me for half an hour. Be transparent Active plumbing and not ripping consumer off. We all work hard for money ok!
