      Terrible after sales

      I paid over 3k for an electric lounge suite, the recliners frame twisted majorly after 3 weeks. The owner, Joel came out to look at it and was extremely rude and spoke down to us. He said consumer services don't tell him how to run his business and refused a refund. He said he's not responsible as he's the distributor not the manufacturer. After a couple of weeks of being ignored I eventually got a refund after getting advise from CBS and writing a letter to the manager, Frank who was actually really nice.

      Very Happy with the purchase

      We love our sofabed . We even got pillows thrown in and warranty on make and materials for 25 yrs. We have the storage sofa that folds down into a double bed and has room underneath to put the sheets and pillows. Eeven our guests love it. Thanks SA lounge suites crew for the suggestion.

      I ordered a lounge from SA Lounge Suites back in May 2016. I liked the style, colour and the fact it was made in Australia, however the main draw card was the delivery date of 6 to 8 weeks. Once ordered I received no further correspondence from SA Lounges for 10 weeks so I contacted them and was informed there was a problem with the leather and delivery would now be 14 weeks. After 14 weeks once again there was no update from SA Lounges, so I contacted them again and they eventually delivered a lounge the following week, however it was the wrong colour. I contacted SA Lounge Suites multiple times and eventually 2 weeks later, Frank the manager visited my house and confirmed the colour was incorrect and assured me he could replace it in 2 weeks, however this did not occur. Once again, after multiple phone calls and emails with no response, I contacted Consumer and Business Affairs to help resolve this issue. 7 months later Frank the manager picked up the lounge suite and refunded my money.
      Dealing with SA Lounge Suites was the worst experience I have ever had with a South Australian business and I certainly would not recommend them.
