Crown Cabs

Approx 2 years ago had a surgical appointment booked at St Vincent’s Hospital Werribee. As a DVA Gold Card holder the cab was booked by Veterans Affairs. On the way to hospital The lady driver stated she wasn’t sure that her GPS was working correctly. Well a 30 minute drive took an hour and DVA paid minimum an extra $25 (your tax dollars). Only just got to hospital on time as I always make taxi bookings earlier than needed. This has happened 3 times. Used Crown cabs Sunbury again today, to get dropped at a pizza shop, have a walk around, grab a pizza and go home. Taxi driver that dropped me off confirmed my return booking. Well I waited for 35 minutes with my now cold pizza and walked a long way with emphysema. Contacted them when I got home they were unapologetic, asked if I still wanted a cab and refused to take my complaint. This is not service, rips off government departments, veterans and is totally unreliable. Take any other taxi but not these guys

It was fine, really good that it comes straight away especially when staying in the country. How service should be.

Its been great so far but just maybe drivers can knock on door instead of sending text, sometimes i dont have phone on me, most drivers do knock just a couple dont, but everything else has been great.

All I can say is bring on Uber, this company deserves everything it gets, terrible service even worse attitude from the management. After our experience with this company last year we have never used a taxi service since. I know that loosing one client doesn't mean much to these guys but I take great delight every time I call an Uber knowing that it is just a matter of time before businesses like Crown Cabs don't exist anymore.

At your service on time, very reliable taxi services, friendly taxi drivers that make you feel comfortable while travelling, helping disability passenger on-boarding and off-boarding to designated areas.

The moral and ethical compass of this company leaves a lot to be desired, an alleged fault with the Camry that took us to the Tullamarine Airport saw our luggage locked in the boot of the cab and the cab driver with no key.
We were told to check into our flight and the driver would go back to the depot and return in 30 minutes with our bags. An hour later and still no bags. After being assured by the driver and other drivers of Crown cabs that the company would forward our luggage to our destination we boarded the plane and headed home.
On arrival home we called Crow Cabs and got world class run around, promised call backs never happened and finally after a week of the "Manager" refusing to talk to me, emails me and says it's a fault with the Camry and not their problem. The fact that the driver didn't have a key to manually override the electronic boot release seems to be a fact that they would rather avoid.
In this day and age I didn't think company's like this still existed.

Great service nice to have a taxi company that comes on time :))

I Was running late for my flight to Canberra last week .So called all the Taxi Services in Melbourne as to whoever comes first and gets me to departure on time.Crown Cabs were the 1st to reach and the driver was really polite and helpful ,he even explained to me where the virgin local departure area was .Great Work.Keep it Up Crown Cabs.

I've had great service from these guys except for two occasions where the cab never showed up. No explanation, no phone call. In particular yesterday, I waited two and a half hours for my cab, my phone had died and it was freezing. Luckily my family came looking for me because it was 9.30 and I wasn't home yet.

Have a backup plan if you're relying on these guys to get you somewhere
