The worst plumbing experience i have every had. I was quoted price on the phone and the presented a invoice for double the cost once the job was completed. I would not recommend using this organization to anyone. 0ver $600 for 25mins work to unblock a drain is Joke.

The worst plumbing experience I have ever had. They fail to inform you that they don't allow payment by invoice, not when you are booking them and even not when they quote you.

Then they threaten to go back into the bathroom and undo all work they've done unless you pay them now. When I informed the plumber that I can only pay by invoice the plumber threatened violence against myself. He then held his index finger up at me, as if I was to wait for him and not interrupt him whilst he was calling head office. To top it all off the plumber left the old, wet & dirty taps and shower cords on the carpet and refused to pick it up until he had finished his phone call with head office.

Oh and the bathroom was left in a state with water all over the floor and dirt in the bath. When the head office person heard about the old taps and cords on the carpet all he had to say was "oh a little bit of leakage on the carpet wont matter" but hey he was gracious enough to give me 7 days to pay full price! These guys charge $89 per HALF HOUR when minimum wage is $15.96 PER HOUR, for that price you expect them to provide a level of service that doesn't include threats of violence and to not leave old taps on the carpet.
