Very disappointed with over sale service. Multiple errors made on installation of signage in my store and then refused to acknowledge the mistakes. Will not be using them again!

1.
I was initially told the decals (2 pieces) is $120 about 4 days back. When i brought my .psd file to this Sign A Rama Box Hill South, 3 days ago, the man at the front of the counter whom i assume is the franchisee, asked if i would be claiming the receipt for tax purposes. I said: "yes".

He then informed me that it's AUD$132, an extra 10% for GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Its just $12, i move on with life.

However, your customers will very much appreciate being told the correct price at the start of negotiation, not at the point of payment. It's rude. And in Australia, we call it "bill shock".

Today, when i first collected them, they were someone else's decals. Not mine. Different design & colour.

The same man mentioned above walked to the back of the store to look for it. A lady also working there found my decals just in the corner of the reception area.

Your customers will appreciate some care with how your franchisee here might deliver the product that was already paid in full previously.

I then noticed that the middle of the decal was popped up, top to bottom. Since it's new and i'll be sticking it onto my car today, that is okay.

However, what if i intend to stick in a month or two? The glue at the bottom of the popped up decal would have been not as affective, maybe.

Again, your customers will appreciate some care with how your franchisee here might deliver the product that was already paid in full previously.

Later, as i stuck the decal to my car, i noticed a small dark mark at the side. Upon looking closer, i found what looks like a flattened baby spider between the ink and the base material of the decal.

Your customers will appreciate quality in your product. "Flattened insect" is a tad bit unflattering.
