I paid for my 14-year-old, granddaughter to have a full head of blonde foils here! I thought it would be a nice treat for her, she had never had her hair done before, her mother took her, and I just paid over the phone.

They sent me a photo and it looked very nice, and my granddaughter was very happy, however she decided to try to put her hair up, and her mother realized the darker hair was showing, and the foils hadn't been done all the way to her scalp.

I didn't find out until nearly 3 weeks after she had had her hair done, my granddaughter lifted her hair, and it looked terrible. It hadn't grown out on the top of her head, so it had obviously been done wrong. I rand the hairdresser and informed them, they asked that she return so they could have a look, but they sent her away saying it had just grown out!

It cost $280 so I am very disappointed and will definitely not be taking her back! They could have fixed this for her so that she could wear her hair up. Well, I won't be going back there, and either will my granddaughter.
