Had my crown repaired recently, professional work, super friendly staff. Really pleased with their service

Very well experienced new management and Dr Ryan has done a great Job . I was very happy with my dental job done recently

I wasn't happy here much.
There are some reasons,
-My Endodontist sent email about my previous treatment to them and I told them about it when I make a booking. But they didn't check the email before so They don't know what to do until 30mins later.
- Dr. Aneta was doing my filling but she was rough, and I didn't feel she is professional maybe not much experiences.
- They are talking about another patient while they are doing my treatment. They can't concentrate for one patient?
-When I finished a treatment, one receptionist said "did you have hygiene treatment today?"
Why receptionist doesn't know what treatment I had? I can't believe.
They are not good team and not professional.
I don't recommend here.
