worst experience ever. the man was rude worst costumer service i would not recommend

I asked for a quote over the phone to the company's phone number to confirm the fee that they advertise on their google page, and agreed to it. Their guy came, broke some other locks at the apartment building to enter the building (the tenant was there), wanted to charge me for those fees as his "hard work" to access the building, and without hesitation wanted to double charge me to replace the locks, around $700! When I found 2 different quotes which are less than half his quote, he was not happy, yelled at me, threatened not to put the lock back and I still had to pay him a call out fee plus his time to take off the current lock to see what issue we have with the lock worth which totals of nearly $300!

After throwing his unhappiness at me, he came down to $385gst inclusive, he then still tried to make me pay him $385+gst!

Very very dodgy.

Even after I have done the payment per the invoice, and this is from last year fyi, the company still sends me a reminder to pay their invoice, every few days!

Terrible!! They quoted saying around $50 to unlock door plus travel fee and ended up having to pay $285 for 20 seconds of work!!

Had locks changed THEY DON"T WORK & they won't return calls or arrange for the job to be rectified !!! Terrible workmanship & terrible service support.

My house got robbed 2 nights ago. David came 20 minutes after my call. The time was late. We found out at 3am that our house has been broken into. He even changed my garage door remote and reprogrammed the keys to our car. We were able to hearth again. Thank you team at lockdmith on wheels.

Had these people come and do a job for me .the job was ok however i was not given a receipt for payment as i need to forward it to my landlord for a refund .so i called them and when i ask for a receipt he said , sure i will get the girl in the office to contact you to give you one , then abruptly hung up on me before giving me a chance to give him my contact details , so of course i called him back and now he will not answer his calls !!!!! very shady indeed. BE VERY AWARE!!!!!!!!

I'm happy with the service I requested last Sunday. I told the technician what my problem is over the phone and he already set an expectation. Arrived on time too!

Wasn’t happy with end job. Crooked on wall and lock didn’t line up and door was loose. Rang about 8 times to complain to boss. He never rings back. I finally got hold of him. Rudest pig I ever dealt with!! Not only did he not help at all, he actually told me he didn’t trust me and hung up on me. Never dealt with such a rude unhelpful manage!!! Could not believe the rudeness! Also wasn’t given a quote, just a shock at the end. Wasn’t given a receipt. Was told $35 call out fee and starting price of $45. Was not prepared for $465!! Totally regret contacting this company. There are so many locksmiths. These are the worst!! Would not ever recommend them to anyone. Manager rudest man I ever dealt with. No customer service skills at all. Completely rude and insulting!

He damage car immobiliser, no experience, bad behavior.
