Bakers Delight

I'm writing to express my deep disappointment with the customer service I received at your store today 20th April, around 10.40am. I was ignored by a petite female staff member with braces, who then proceeded to serve a male customer of European appearance who arrived after me. When I politely pointed out that I was waiting first, she not only ignored me but also smirked and laughed, displaying utter disrespect.



Moreover, the lack of empathy displayed by both the staff member in question and her colleagues was appalling. Instead of addressing the situation and offering a sincere apology, they chose to protect her and engage in further unprofessional behaviour.



This experience left me feeling disregarded, humiliated, and deeply frustrated. It's evident that there is a serious need for customer service training at you’re the Glen store. Customers should never be made to feel unwelcome or treated with such disrespect, especially when patronizing your establishment and paying premium prices.



I expect a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action taken to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future.
