Staff are rude. They are always right and they don't listen.

I purchase almost $200 worth of medication and vitamins every month from them and that doesn't matter at all.

No customer service. No "looking after" repeat customers. They also made it difficult to move my prescriptions from them to another pharmacy.

I think it is only the Glen Waverley store that is difficult to deal with but they have taken enough of my money. Cheap is handy but being treated with NO RESPECT is unacceptable.

Worst Chemist Warehouse in Melbourne. Rude cashiers - forced open boxes of products if you are buying bulks.

This is one of the worst Chemist ware house stores I have been to. They do not even honour the return policy even if the product is returned within few days and in the right condition.

Always crowded.
