McPherson's Consumer Products Pty Ltd

We purchased a bag of Multix garden bags that was supposed to contain 3 bags, but only contained 1 (they are relatively expensive). Advised McPherson's who initially advised they tried to contact me by phone (had no missed calls) and then promised to send out 2 bags to compensate. That was weeks ago. Spot the culture? I am not worried about being duded by 2 bags - just the lack of quality control. They suggested that consumers should check the contents of all bags purchased when shopping!
