Very bad service. They don’t care. My child has been learning swimming and constantly the teachers are changing. The person who reviewed my child was so rude..

Not recommended at all. Waste of money and time. They don’t even bother to pay little efforts to kids..

The customer service at MARC swim school is pathetic. Since the pool is located in a densely populated area where majority of the patrons are families with young kids they dont seem to care about new or existing customers. My two kids attended the learn to swim program for over six years now and after six years and lot of money paid to the centre I was trying to organise four private swimming lessons for my son. After sending an email four days ago, I called four times to get a confirmation on the private lesson. Each time I called I was hung up saying someone will get back to me but no one returns the call. Your customer service is pathetic. Here we are ready to pay extra for private swimming lessons but no one bothers to register us in. We will seriously consider looking at alternative swim schools for our kids.
