Great work Office doesn't work !!!

1. I was working on the self service photocopier at the Coburg store in Gaffney Street at 7:30 pm. on Wednesday 18/10/17 The photocopier ran out of paper but I was made to wait as other customers were served.

2. No sooner had the paper tray been filled there was a paper jam. I approached the counter person who said "I will do it now".. Then he nonchalantly said "Make that a few minutes". There was no apology. It didn't matter that I had been there longer than the customer he was serving.

Treated me very rudely when I couldn't operate the self service facility

I was very disappointed with Office Works Glen Waverley on the way the print team made a mess of one of my jobs. I had a fairly big print job to do which had a due date and so we arranged in advance with Officeworks to get this done.. On the morning it was due they advised that their printer wasnt working. They could not contact any other branch because apparently many of them are not picking up, and when they did they couldnt send the file across because it was too big!
They then advised theyd called the technician but could not confirm when the technician could come, not at all appreciating the urgency of my print job. I was truly disappointed as I felt that they could have done more to find a way to solve my problem. Instead they came across as not very interested in helping me in this situation at all.
