very poor customer service especially for a care home! What happened to EMPATHY!!!!! Staff nurses were rude and unhelpful. I would strongly advise using another care facility for your loved ones.

Very poor customer service on telephone. She was rude and yelling for God know what reason. I was making a general inquiry but proud llady now on sat 2 pm must have fight at her home today... I don't know whether she knows the meaning of nurse.
