Disgusting attitude and service. Let me elaborate.

Stuart was commissioned by our strata to visit our property as we have had an issue with falling branches and wanted to determine where they were coming from. But really what's happened is strata have commissioned an unprofessional to visit our property, not review anything of concern and basically scripting a response given to him from the strata agency which we have heard from them.. and then again from him on things that honestly is not any of his concern.

His job was to identify any problematic tree's which he did not do.

After showing him a few dead branches from a tree, as he had already been scripted by strata to tell us which tree they came from, he instantly went along with that rather than inspecting any other tree.

We contacted 3 other experts who say it is IMPOSSIBLE to determine which tree a dead branch would have come from by looking at it unless it had foliage, which ours didn't. They ONLY way to know would be to look at the trees close up using binoculars/drone as such to pinpoint where the breakage happened to say which tree it had come from. This guy didn't even look for a second at any tree to do this.

He then informed strata of his "findings".

When I received the copy of the email I called him to question about it.

His aggressive first response was "What has it got to do with me".. well he wrote an email that contained false information, everything to do with him.. when we wanted to question him further on this he hangs up the phone.

Disgusting attitude.

My suggestion to anyone wishing to hire him is get a second opinion as we did, 3 of them all disagreed with his findings. and for any customer of strata that has a visit from him for the safety of any tree on your property.. get a second opinion for your own sake honestly.
