Well I know electricians, plumbers, a chippy, but no appliance repairman. So I was left to search the internet and Im lucky I did. The man from Ace came out this afternoon, found the problem with our washer and fixed it - all while good naturedly entertaining our 6 year old tool obsessed little lad. I wanted to say thanks again for the honest advice and fair price. And for the tips on which type of dryer to buy too. We will not hesitate to recommend you to our friends, you sir, are a gentleman. - Bill

I just wanted to jump on here and post about our experience with the Ace serviceman. We called (at nighttime mind you) asking if they could source a part for our broken washing machine. The man I spoke to was so helpful and promised to order me the part first thing the next day. We ended up calling him back after he delivered it to us because we couldn't manage to get it all put back together haha. He came out, installed the part and made sure our machine was working good as new. I just wanted to let him know how happy we are to find a tradie who takes such pride in his work and shows such care for his customers!

We have 4 kids so when our washing machine started stopping mid cycle we really needed it fixed. The repairman from Ace came out and figured out the problem for us, and got it running like a dream. Thanks again mate!
