My Melbourne Plumber

Called this company on a public holiday. I got an immediate response from the plumber with a fairly clear explanation of what cost would be given it was a public holiday. He was on site he said he would. Could not figure out what the problem was, however he did not leave until he found it! I was so thankful he took the time to investigate properly and found the source of the problem. He was friendly, thorough, explainded what the problem was and was happy to offer advice on how to go forward. I would not hesitate to recommend emerging plumbing for either an emergency or your everyday plumbing needs.

My Melbourne Plumber were recommended to us by another plumber who couldn't come out that day. He said they were highly reliable and was confident to recommend their work.



He was right, Max arrived when he said he would and did the assessment for the roof leak coming from balcony into room below. I suspect the issue was with the gutters and informed Max. But the issue was with the flashing, he removed it to gain access to the channel drain and be able to take it out properly and reinstalled a new drain and connected up to the waste. Work was completed promptly.



We felt very comfortable having Max in our home, he was considerate and left everywhere spotless when he left. Fair pricing was the another reason to choose them because other plumbing companies demand a lot of money for roof leak jobs but this company just charged me the normal fee which makes them different from others.

I first used this service when my hot water system bursted then this is my second time using them for my roof work. Gutters were getting full of water in rain and the rain water is not going down the stormwater drain. One of the roof specialist from My Melbourne Plumber came and diagnosed that the stormwater pipes or downpipe are blocked. He did a quick gutter cleaning climbing up the roof with high pressure jetter. The job was completed promptly. I am sure you can find cheaper trades people around but I personally don't have time to get multiple quotes and wait around at home for trade man who may or may not show up. For reliability and punctuality I think it's is a good service.

Lucas from My Melbourne Plumber is prompt, professional and pleasant. He installed a new sink and tap for me and was very helpful with advice around products in the lead up to the job. He was flexible and creative about a few other modifications we needed in our home and also installed a hot water unit for us. We would most definitely call on him again for any future plumbing jobs. I was in a difficult situation to have a blocked drain and leaking roof at the same time. My four sinks were blocked and showers were running slowly. Since my property was build more than 50 years I had blockage issues often. The last time I cleared blocked drain issue was two years before. Also, had a roof leak from February due to hail storm. My bad luck that my previous plumber was at his home country and I do not trust other plumbers that easily too. My sister suggested My Melbourne plumber and asked me to have a try. One of their plumber came and started with the assessment. He did high pressure jetting to clear blockage and replaced the gutters of my roof and did a permanent fix to stop the leakage. The price of the job was affordable but I asked them if I can pay in two stages and without hesitation they helped me with it. Happy to recommend them if somebody is looking for plumbers who are efficient and genuine.Cheers!

I posted a enquiry online on a Saturday night regarding gas leak and Stefan called me after five minutes. He booked me as the first job on Sunday morning. The plumber came on time, he did the assessment and straightaway did the job of fixing it. Because taking more time can make the situation even worse. I am impressed with his work and attitude towards customers. Their price was good and didn't find it expensive. Very happy with the outcome and service.
